sorry, I don't have the list reup manga because the number of manga is too big but you can upload the new manga or wait for the link which SugAr Free will give you.
About the topic which I gave you,
- anime which has the silver link such as 07-Ghost have been reup
- anime which has the green link such as Angel Sanctuary are anime which is reuploading.
- anime which has the blue link such as Psychic Force and Uta∽Kata are anime which are need to be reup. These are anime I said you can reup.
