A new semester has arrived for Tsukune and the gang featuring a handful of girl obsessed female first years and it seems like among these first years emerges another vampire who holds a grudge against her sister Moka. What shall this grudge lead to in the future and shall Tsukune succeed in taming this new problem child into his friend, no one knows what the future holds.
The new season is set to continue to follow the manga, introduce new characters from the manga and characters created strictly for the anime.

Note: There was some censorship in the TV version of most episodes, while the DVDs are mostly uncensored.

A new semester begins for Aono Tsukune at Youkai Academy — the academy that only monsters attend — and his troubles are far from over:

A female gang of girl-obsessed first-year students makes itself known on campus, giving the second-year girls Moka (vampire), Kurumu (succubus), Yukari (witch), and Mizore (yuki-onna) a hard time. One of these newly arrived first-year girls is a vampire, holding a deep grudge against her older sister, who happens to be Ura Moka — accusing her of not being true to herself when sealed in her Akashiya Moka form.
